ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and we’ve since grown to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a business—an organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community.
We’re deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-A-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers. Giving back isn’t something we do occasionally—it’s woven into who we are.

We host quarterly outings and fun team events throughout the year. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Will Rentschler - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consult customers on financial planning, investment options, and life/health insurance coverage.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Life & Health license (required or ability to obtain quickly)
  • FINRA Series 6/63/65 or 7 license preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services and/or insurance
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor
Compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
