"Kaleb called me out of the blue (assuming he had my number since I was shopping around for insurance online for weeks now) I almost didn't answer. He told me he was from State Farm. I cut him off and said that I had already looked into State Farm and they either wouldn't take me or were way more than I was already paying. He asked if he could run the numbers anyway as going through an agent is not always the same as an online inquiry. So for S & G's I said go ahead. He called me back. We spoke for an hour and a half. He said even if you don't go with us, I'd still like to educate you in the coverage you have or think you have with the other guys. (A last resort insurance company) He opened my eyes and I was severely lacking the coverage I needed. If I were to have an at fault accident, my coverage would have been enough to fix someones bumper and that's it. I could get sued for the rest and they could come for my house! (He didn't say it that way but I know how people are ) Long story short, he held my hand through the process, even saying he'd help me cancel the other policy if they gave me any trouble and was able to get me 10x the coverage (from $10,000 to $100,000) along with extra perks I had no idea insurance companies offered. For $7.00 more than I was paying with that Fisher-Price Company And get this, NO DOWN PAYMENT! It cost me $0 and I'm already covered. Told me if I had an accident today, not to even call the other guys, to call them. I feel so much better being able to say I have State Farm then the other guys. Im so glad I answered the phone. He has already done more for me than the other guys have in the year I've been with them. Thanks Kaleb!! You truly went above and beyond, answered questions I didn't know I had and educated me on something that could really ruin my life such as not having sufficient coverage where I thought I was good. Again, thank you so much for everything! I feel like I'm really in those big hands on the old commercials!"
